Outside of the house are plaques on the sidewalk with a year and what happened that year to the Presley family you can tell they had a very very hard life. On a wall are stories of Elvis and his family from people who grew up with Elvis and the story I like is the one printed here of his mother and Elvis going to get Elvis a birthday present. Also there is a picture of the church Elvis attended. The statue Jim and I are standing at is one of a 13 year old Elvis the year Elvis and his family moved to Memphis Tennessee with hopes of a better life.
